Most of us have a mental health story we can share. The story might be about yourself, a family member, friend, co-worker or stranger. The fact of the matter is there are many unique and inspirational stories about mental health.
CSMLS has the honour and privilege of introducing these Mental Health Leaders, CSMLS members, who have stepped up to share their stories and stand united against mental health stigma in the lab. Together, we are here to help educate the public and our profession about mental health, recognize the courage in speaking up and acknowledge the necessity in working collectively to inspire medical laboratory stakeholders to create psychologically safe work environments.
